请注意：该页面的部分内容为系统自动翻译。This seller is dishonest, they never send us the invoice, and send us a piece certificate without any value, the certificate is a paper made by himself, without any value.请注意：该页面的部分内容为系统自动翻译。I’m sorry your (unrealistic) expectations have not been met.
However, I did send you the invoice on your request (as can be proved by Catawiki) and a certificate made by me, as a Pre-Columbian art dealer.
If you go to any auctionhouse or dealer you will never receive a “real” certificate. They make it themselves as well.
The only reliable test of authenticity is a TL test made in a laboratory that costs € 260 to make.
Some of my (more expensive) items have such a test and certificate.
If so this is mentioned in the items description.
What did you expect for your €40 small pottery head?
Where did you read a certificate was included?
It is absurd to make such a test for it....
I am proud of my more then 200 positive feedbacks from my valued and knowledgeable customers, with over 500 items sold.
Please take some time and read their positive feedback.
I know and trust they value my items and have realistic expectations.
Your feedback shows you don’t.
Dear client,
In the description of this lot you can read that the “head is reattached”
Many detailed photographs also show this clearly.
In your feedback you mention that you noticed yourselves on the photo’s that the head was glued. If you don’t want an item with a reattached, glued head, why did you bid on it and complain later?
Most Pre-Columbian objects obviously come with some defects or restorations, since they are many hundreds or thousands of years old...
Some restorations are professionally done, others are not.
On the pictures of this item everything is shown clearly.

(Il lotto non è mai arrivato. Non farò più nessuna offerta con questo venditore)请注意：该页面的部分内容为系统自动翻译。Dear client,
I'm very sorry the lot still did not arrive.
As you know the first time I shipped your item it was sent back to me after a few weeks, without any explanation why.
I shipped it a second time on 26 Sep and so far it again did not arrive.
I asked PostNL to start an investigation with their Italian partners Eurodis who are responsible for the delivery.
Unfortunately this can take several weeks.
Since I've had issues with Eurodis Italia before from now on I will only use DHL to ship items to Italy.
I hope my (many) Italian clients will get a better service from them.
Hopefully your parcel will be found.
If it is returned to me again I will sent it to you for the third time, but this time by DHL.
If otherwise ofcourse you will get a full refund from me.
Please have some more patience, although I understand you've had a lot already.
I can only apologize for the incompetence of Eurodis, but it is beyond my control.
I will keep you informed.
