With this hand cutting machine from the German top brand GRAEF you can easily cut bread, cheese, meat, vegetables and fruit in an easy to set thickness from 0 to 15 millimetres. The light pendulum with wooden handle lets you rotate the knife. With your other hand you push the residue holder against the goods that you cut in perfect slices
The machine looks nice. The beautiful retro design is entirely made of (stainless) metal. The wooden handle on the pendulum provides extra comfort. And the rubber anti-slip feet are somewhat weathered but still make sure that this machine does not move unwanted. The device is practically in mint condition and has a sharp jagged stainless steel Solingen knife with a diameter of 19 cm.
