This fabulous vintage pendant necklace by Yves Saint Laurent was launched with the YSL Opium perfume range and was produced between the late 1970s and the mid 1980s. It has a black cord and large red faux cinnabar pendant holding the Opium solid perfume and the seal has not been broken at the back so the perfume should still be inside unless it has dissolved over the years. It is finished with a goldtone ribbed ball and long black tassel. It's very chic and is bound to be admired when worn!
