I suppose that your extreme reaction was understandable/ and you feelt this is the right thing to do at the time and place. And no matter to skip the sign: "DID YOU CONTACT THE SELLER?" .
I instantly sent you a supporter mail to understand the nature of the problem and offer my help to find a satisfing solution, but my in mail remained unanswered since a week now.I did contact Catawiki Customer service to understand the "feedback" but as far as i learned you neither get back to them with any evidence or issue until today.
Hope that the reason of "no communication" / ignoring is becouse the "issue" has been solved- or if not our mutual goal
is to get in touch as soon as possible. -
