Very nicely coloured megalodon from Lee Creek, fossil shark tooth of the extinct giant shark.
Razor-sharp serration and a very beautiful bourlette (crown band).

This tooth measures 4 & 1/8 inches or 10.5 cm on the longest side.
Found in the well-known Lee Creek mine in Aurora, North Carolina, USA.
This mine has been closed for collectors for several years and no new finds are coming from here.
No repairs or the like. 100% natural as found.
