Il Nobile di Montepulciano di Poliziano è uno di quei vini che rappresentano perfettamente il territorio da cui traggono origine. Un vino capace di esaltare l’anima della propria terra e di raccontare al mondo l’importanza e la bellezza di questi territori. Siamo sulle colline della Valdichiana, in provincia di Siena, dove i vigneti regalano immagini suggestive nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente che li circonda; è qui che nel 1961 ha preso forma la cantina Poliziano, fondata da Dino Carletti.
Una cantina con una vocazione vitivinicola davvero importante e che ha fatto del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano un marchio di fabbrica che la distingue in tutto il mondo. Il Nobile di Montepulciano di Poliziano è un vino rosso strutturato e longevo, con dei profumi intensi che spaziano dalle note floreali fino alla prugna, alla mora, regalandoci poi un finale di china e tabacco che rappresenta fedelmente l’affinamento in barrique per 14-16 mesi.
Nasce da un uvaggio di Prugnolo Gentile, al quale Poliziano aggiunge in parti variabili secondo l’annata il Colorino, il Canaiolo e il Merlot. Un uvaggio che garantisce il tipico equilibrio e la caratteristica morbidezza dei vini toscani. Un grande vino, un grande nome, un vino perfetto per essere regalato.
