Vintage Japanese Whisky
Hibiki resonates from nature and all the subtleties found from the twenty-four seasons of the old Japanese lunar calendar. Numerous pure single malt whiskies are aged in a variety of cask types, including Mizunara, a very rare Japanese oak that all combine to create a full orchestra of flavours and aromas.
The nose offers cooked fruit aromas with blackberries, ripe banana and caramel. As the aromas extend onto the palate, the mouth is consumed by flavours of sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricots and the japanese oak Mizunara. The flavours combined, continue as a long and rich incense filled finish.
